MICHAEL D. RANDALL, President/CEO
Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) USA MP

Mr. Randall is a highly decorated service disabled veteran with 3 combat tours of duty. Mr. Randall served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer for 20 years and honorably retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2006. The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games selected him while still on active duty to be the Venue Security Manager for the most vital security mission of the 1996 games – Georgia World Congress Center VIP Area which consisted of protecting President of the United States and other Country Presidents. Following his retirement in 2006, he joined Headquarters, Fort McPherson, Provost Marshal Office as a Military Police Operations Officer. Responsible for the readiness, deployment and training for all military police units. Mr. Randall also served as an instructor/mentor at the Palestinian Senior Leaders Course, United States Security Coordinator, Ramallah, Israel (West Bank).


VONDA M. ATKINSON, Executive Vice President

Mrs. Atkinson is responsible for all Safeguard Security Solutions business operations including business development, profit/loss, and overall corporate strategic planning. She is an expert in Project Management with more than 15 years of experience working in Fortune 500 Companies and the private sector.

James Mullen, Chief Operating Officer
Colonel (Retired) USA MP
James “Jim” Mullen is a highly trained and internationally experienced Global Security Professional with over 20 years’ experience in Law Enforcement with the US Military in international locations. He advanced to rank of Colonel during a progressive and respected career. He is financially astute, accustomed to working within budgets and stringent deadlines, delivering comprehensive, viable security plans to eliminate vulnerability, manage critical threat and improve safety and compliance. He is highly knowledgeable in the field and possesses Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies and extensive further training; highly experienced in managing security in a quickly changing environments. As the Director of Operations, Mr. Mullen oversees contract performance and compliance in operations, training, licensing, and logistics management and serves as the main point of corporate contact for all site supervisors and contract manager personnel.


Dr. Phillip R. Neely, Jr., Quality Control Manager

Major (Retired) Law Enforcement Officer

Dr. Neely is a 21 year career law enforcement officer having served in progressing responsible leadership and field positions in local law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Dr. Neely has been in management for the past 11 years and working in education over the last 8 years, instructing classes, advising and mentoring students.


Adrian L. Davis, Director of Field Operations

Mr. Davis is responsible for overall field operations and has held this position for two years. He has been with the company since its inception. He is the primary contact for Safeguard Security clients to ensure project deliverables are being executed.
